Morning: Alpro choc soya (small carton)
Mid Morning: 1/3 jar Uncle Bens Curry Sauce, 2/3 portion of Tesco Pilau (refridgerated) rice
Lunch: One tin of Suma Minestrone Soup, one mug of white miso
Afternoon: Mug of white miso soup
Just before Dinner: One onion bagel with peppadew hummous (chickpeas, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, light tahini, peppadew peppers, lemon juice)
Dinner: Mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, peas, nut cutlet, gravy
Evening: Appletizer with a shot of vodka
I am trying to save money so I am going to be more economical about what I eat, I think this will go hand in hand with losing a bit of weight as I will be buying less processed foods!
