I've started reading Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr. Haven't got that far into it yet but am already hooked. I'm already wanting to try a more raw approach to eating as I cook pretty much everything, the nutrients must get cooked away with most things!

I made the raw carob mousse (nearly raw, as I ran out of avocados but conveniently had some silken tofu waiting to be used) and the cashew nut cream from Raw Food Made Easy - Jennifer Cornbleet. Lovely!
