Shepherdess Pie

I made the Shepherdess Pie from my Weight Watchers Vegetarian Cooking book.





It seemed to take forever to make because of the chopping of vegetables, and it uses a few pans but it was amazing! I used Nando's BBQ sauce instead of the brown, added extra courgette and subbed the green lentils for green pepper. In the mash I used Cheddareese and spring onions.
