Was lovely! I think the instructions on the jar made it too strong, I'd suggest 2 tbsp paste to 2 cups of water.

Tom Yum Soup
I made Tom Yum Soup today with paste, chicken-style pieces, spinach, tomato and sweetcorn.
Was lovely! I think the instructions on the jar made it too strong, I'd suggest 2 tbsp paste to 2 cups of water.
