Irish Stew

So today I wanted to make Irish Stew with Seitan, Butter Beans and Potatoes (Appetite for Reduction - Isa's book) so I would have enough food for tomorrow. I haven't been well recently so I don't want to spend too much time cooking.






Loved how it thickened up towards the end. I think Beck's may not have been the right flavour for my liking, I think I would prefer red wine. Also it only needed 1tsp max of lemon juice.

I made my own version of a soya coffee frappuccino:





Having not had a frappuccino for years I had to get a verdict, and apparently it didn't taste like a frappuccino however to me it was a like a thick, frothy coffee milkshake and tasted devine! I used silken tofu to give it a thicker texture and froze concentrated coffee into ice cubes.
