Vanilla & chocolate marble cupcakes with espresso crème filling

I decided to try something a bit new from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World.. Well nearly! I have made the marble cupcakes before but not the crème. Most delightful :)






If I wanted to make it even more unhealthy I would have made a chocolate ganache
