Cheesecake Brownie & Red Lentil Dal





Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie From Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar (Isa & Terry). Tastes lovely but personal preference is to leave out the flour and agar from the topping and keep it wet!




Red Lentil Dal from Happy Herbivore - I dumped everything in my slow cooker the night before as I couldn't be bothered spending lots of time on lunch for work. Either the spices taste raw or the recipe asks for too much garam masalla, apart from that it's lovely served with raisin couscous.
