
The thin-crust pizza base recipe I got from an Aldo Zilli recipe in my Zest magazine. Toppings are passatta, red onion, spinach, dried tomatoes and Cheezly mozzarella.

Salad consisting of lettuce, sweetcorn, radish, spinach & tomatoes, with Soul Burgers (Happy Herbivore)
Also I made tofu chocolate orange mousse (silken tofu, agave syrup, cocoa powder & orange essence), chilled (no pic I'm afraid!)
