I would post a pic but the recipe I used (The 30-Minute Vegan's Taste of the East - Mark Reinfeld) asked for too much lemon in the tofu marinade, apart from that, the tikka sauce tasted lovely when it was cooking on its own!

I bought some genmaicha (roasted brown rice, green tea & sorghum seeds) from the oriental supermarket the other day. Really does taste like popcorn tea :)
