
Garlicky Kale - subbing oil & kale with 3tsp chilli oil and spring greens (Vegan with a Vengance - Isa Chandra Moskowitz), fresh thyme & rosemary-infused, roasted sweet potatoes and coquina squash (with low-calorie spray), toasted pine nuts and smokey tempeh strips (cooked in a dry pan) with tahini dressing (Al'fez).
Think I can get used to a tiny bit of tempeh in my diet! Only the second time that I've had it. Want to try steaming next time. Overall, a really lovely meal :)

Not the best pic but I blended frozen raspberries, kara coconut milk, carob powder, ground linseed and agave nectar together to make a smoothie! Mmm!
