I started making this at 10pm! This is the Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Ice Cream (Vice Cream - Jeff Rogers). It was a hit! The toasted coconut really made this special :) I did have to sub the coconut milk for soy creamer and coconut cream as that was all I had. It makes enough for at least 6 bowls!
