
Variants of this stir fry has been my staple dinner recently, I love it! This one uses rice noodles, 1 tbsp olive oil, tofu, kale, red onion, mushroom, courgette, tomato and celery in a Blue Dragon sweet & sour sauce. Mmm! The secret is to use a high heat and not to stir too much in order to get the lovely, grilled effect. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
