
I baked some potatoes (at around 160oc) for an hour and a half. Once cool, I spooned out the potato flesh and mixed it with grated No-Noo Melty cheez before returning the mash back to the skins for further baking. Goods with a nice BBQ sauce!

The mushrooms I cooked in the oven with low cal spray for 15-20 mins, stems removed beforehand. I stuffed them with a mixture of mushrooms, salsa, yogurt and cajun seasoning & baked for about 15 mins. I didn't like this though as it tasted too random! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
