Chocolate Chip Cookies

I can't remember if I've made these from this recipe before or not. These are the Chocolate Chip Cookies from Isa Chandra Moscowitz & Terry Hope Romero's book Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar. I have only eaten the dough so far and that tastes divine! Love how the oil and sugar mixture actually makes a lovely liquid caramel. Made for my mum for mother's day :)
