
I am changing my ways to become more alkaline. One of the best ways is to eat plenty of vegetables, preferably raw. I made a salad with sweet chili dressing, putting it with the Tex Mex Pilaf recipe from The Cancer Project website. I topped the dry-fried Fry's Chicken-Style Strips with the Queso Sauce recipe from Happy Herbivore - Lindsay S Nixon. A tasty cheeze sauce with no fat - fantastic!!
Now I'm waiting for my cashew crème to chill so I can have my chocolate mousse with crème dessert, mmm!!!
