Yum yum yum!! Turned out perfectly :) I love this book so much! The recipe for Maple Streusel Muffins is from Sarah Kramer's book 'La Dolce Vegan'. I am a big fan of the streusel as it makes things taste extra special. I normally replace recipes calling for a lot of maple syrup with agave but I didn't this time, and it was worth it.
Also made tempeh chinese pancakes for dinner :) Gotta love those chinese pancakes!
