Raw Ice Cream Sandwich

I made the Raw Biscuits from This Rawsome Vegan Life and the Almond Banana Ice Cream from Vice Cream - Jeff Rogers. I feel very content!! The ice cream takes about 20 mins to soften enough to eat, and I realised the coconut oil for the biscuits is measured whilst liquid not when it's still solid (although it still seemed like too much to me). I had to make a double batch of dough to make it enough for 4 sandwiches.

So happy to use my ice cream moulds again :)
