Breakfast - GF Porridge oats with soya milk, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and maple syrup

I made my own batch of mild curry powder from scratch.. I made so much that I decided I better use some for lunch! Curried red lentil, yellow pepper and apple soup.

I had to add lots of chipotle Tabasco, just because I love it ;)
Later I tried veganising a GF lemon drizzle cake, needless to say I think the way I made my mashed potatoes were the main downfall as to why it turned out gummy and dense, the flavour is great though which is something!

And for dinner I made a tofu rendang curry with brown rice & spring greens. (No pic! I was too hungry and needed to eat)
