Day 2

I know it's early days but I don't feel different thus far. I'm thinking I should have planned this a bit better as I never realised how much wheat I eat everyday! Chocolate weetabix most mornings... Pasta... Bread... Seitan... Couscous... I'll see how I go!

I did try something new today:






It clumped quite a bit on me and rinsing like it said helped a bit. Maybe I'd get used to it but the texture is weird to me!

During the day I had eaten cornflakes with soya milk, potato skins with Nando garlic sauce, mayo and bbq sauces, mushroom & courgette stroganoff with risoni, brown rice & vegetables with spicy tomato sauce.
