I've been putting it off but I though I had better use the gf multi-coloured pasta I bought, which is what I have for my lunch. I stirred through omega oil and topped with mixed vegetables, balsamic vinegar (I didn't put enough in), Nandos garlic sauce and smoked paprika, then reheated in the microwave (as I made it yesterday)... I'm loving it :)

So I guess I had better not give up just yet ;)
