Day 5 - Dilemma

So last night I was so tired and fell asleep before I could even think about what to prepare for lunch today. I brought a banana, some kidney beans, and I had a soy yogurt at work already.. so I bought a chickpea tagine from work.










Normally I would have bread or something to go with this but the extra kidney beans I added helped bulk it out.
