TVP stew (with sweet potato instead of chickpeas) from Caribbean Vegan - Taymer Mason with salad (rocket, spinach, pea shoots, apple, cucumber, tomato, spring onion and red pepper). Yum, yum and yum!! The sweetness from the apple was very complimentary to the saltiness of the stew :)
