
All new recipes! The gorgeous bread sauce is from Vegan Village. I used white Panko crumbs, removed the onion before the breadcrumb stage and roasted the onion afterwards.
The seitan roast was a Post Punk Kitchen recipe. I used portabellos & button mushrooms, and fresh rosemary instead if the thyme with the vital wheat gluten. I cooked it for 90 mins but it seemed to long and made it tougher to cut, I'll stick with 60 mins next time!
The hasselback potatoes were so tasteful and fun to make! I used the recipe from Sea Salt With Food and omitted the margarine.
To top it all off I served it all with steamed broccoli and brussels sprouts, topped with Bisto gravy.
I wanted to make a bundt cake before Christmas was over so I used the Coconut Lemon Bundt Cake recipe from Veganomicon - Isa and Terry. I sieved some icing sugar on top (not pictured) and it smells, tastes and looks lovely!
