
Conveniently my hummus used up a load of scraps I had in my fridge and cupboard so I feel a little decluttered ;) Also it tests whether I can tolerate mashed up beans/chickpeas or not, worth a shot!
So I bunged into my processor half a tin of cannellinni beans, half a tin of chickpeas, light tahini, flax oil, lemon juice and lots of sweet white miso. Definitely a great combo, the miso adding a creamy, sweet flavour.
My sandwich had onion, red pepper, leftover cooked greens & garlic Nandos sauce.
